In my teenage years, I discovered my love for golf and played four years varsity on my high school team. However, during my college days, my interest in the sport waned, and I took a 15-year break. During that time, I found a new passion for fitness, and it became an integral part of my life. Over the last 13 years, I’ve embraced various roles, from being a dedicated Crossfit Instructor to a competitive fitness enthusiast and a devoted personal trainer.
Recently, something wonderful happened – my love for golf was rekindled. I was amazed to find that my solid foundation in fitness had a profound impact on my game. Now in my late 30s, I am hitting the ball further and more effortlessly than ever before, even surpassing my teenage performance. Not only that, but I feel stronger and more athletic than ever, thanks to the foundation built during my fitness journey.
