I’ll show you how to build explosive power by incorporating exercises with medicine balls, kettlebells, and eventually, introducing you to the fundamental principles of Olympic Weightlifting (snatch and clean and jerk). Flexibility - Active Control Matters
Flexibility is vital, but can actually be detrimental if you are unable to control your body throughout that range of flexibility. My program emphasizes active flexibility, ensuring you can control your range of motion throughout the swing. This enables you to optimize power output in your swing, maintain muscle and joint health, and sustain longevity in the game and life.
Cardiorespiratory Fitness - Enhancing Endurance for Golf

Drawing inspiration from my experience in Crossfit, the program incorporates a blend of high-intensity interval training, long, steady zone 2 cardio sessions, and mixed modality workouts.
